We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information. Toetally Socks is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Carrier Responsibility: Once the order is dispatched and a tracking number is provided, Toetally Socks is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier (e.g., Australia Post).

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their country.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5.1 Change of Mind: Please choose carefully. In accordance with ACL, we are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or find the goods cheaper elsewhere.

5.2 Hygiene Policy: Due to health and hygiene regulations, socks are classified as intimate apparel. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for any return or exchange.

5.3 Exchange Shipping Costs: We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange, including the return postage to us and the postage for the replacement item.

5.4 Faulty Items: If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence.

All content, including designs, logos, product names (Toetally Socks), and photography, is the intellectual property of Toetally Socks. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
