Shipping policy

We want to get your cozy socks to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently use Australia Post for all our deliveries:

📦 Standard Shipping Cost: $7 per item

🗓️ Delivery Time: Approximately 3–6 business days within Australia.

📦 Express Shipping Cost: $10 per item

🗓️ Delivery Time: Approximately 1–2 business days within Australia.

* Deliveries to Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT) may require additional travel time.

Please note that processing times (preparing your order) usually take an additional 1-2 business days before the package is handed over to Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

All order are shipping from Melbourne, Australia. 

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.🦘 As a small business just starting out, we’re focused on getting our socks to our local community first. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Exchange & Return shipping:

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. This includes the cost to return the item to us and the postage for the new replacement item.

  • Business Responsibility: Teotally Socks will only cover return shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Teotally Socks is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We can only process your exchange or refund once the item has been safely received and inspected.
