What are your shipping options and costs?
We want to get your cozy socks to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently use Australia Post for all our deliveries:
- Standard Shipping Cost: $7 per item
- Delivery Time: Approximately 3–6 business days within Australia.
- Express Shipping Cost: $15 per item
- Delivery Time: Approximately 1–2 business days within Australia.
* Deliveries to Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT) may require additional travel time.Please note that processing times (preparing your order) usually take an additional 1-2 business days before the package is handed over to Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or missing?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 days please contact us. We will investigate and help resolve it as soon as possible.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Teotally socks. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.
The Rules:
- 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
- Original Condition: For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for socks that show any signs of wear.
- Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
